We recently completed a full-renovation of this 1915 row house in Philadelphia.
Our work speaks for itself.
We restored the iron security door, fence, and gate.
The detail on the stairs - stained oak with black risers - adds warmth and character to the space.
There’s a tidy half-bath just off the kitchen. We left some original details - the interior door, staircase railing, granite mantle and the mirrors above it.
